An extraordinary event to learn the secrets of homemade egg pasta, perfect in the combination with the Alba White Truffle.
The room will be equipped with 10 stations for the preparation of agnolotti, ravioli del plin, tajarin, "Plin", the fresh pasta workshop according to Ugo Alciati, will take care of the organization of a fun lesson, followed by the tasting. The Alba White Truffle is excluded and will be charged separately, on a daily price basis.


Once the purchase has been made, it is not possible to change the location, the seat chosen, the type of buyer and in general cancel or refund the tickets.
