“The taste of the hills” is an introductory journey through the most characteristic productions of Piedmont, with the tasting of four different types of wine:

Dolcetto d’Alba Doc “Vigna Sant’Anna” 2023 – Rocca Giovanni
Barbera d’Alba Doc “Trevìe” 2022 – Vietti
Barolo Docg 2020 – Josetta Saffirio
