Closing Lunch Dolcetto Summer Fest 2025: Diano d'Alba (CN)

A special occasion to celebrate Dolcetto wine, the absolute protagonist of the event, accompanied by a complete menu rich in local flavors and a free tasting of over 30 labels of Dolcetto 2023, presented directly by the producers present.

The menu offers authentic dishes of the Piedmontese tradition:

- Scrocchiarella with pistachio cream and mortadella

- Goat's cheese fingerfood with red onion compote

- Boiled meatballs with green sauce and anchovies

- Plin with meat sauce

- Roast veal with potatoes

- Hazelnut cake

- Coffee, water, bread and breadsticks

During lunch it will be possible to discover and taste the Dolcetto wines competing in the "Blind Tasting", described directly by the winemakers.
