Workshop
The great workshops of ONAF (National Organization of Cheese Tasters) are back: guided discussions on the tasting of Piedmont cheeses paired with local wines .

VINUMINCANTINA - FOOD & WINE EXPERIENCE
An experience designed to satisfy the tastes of enotourists and gourmets.
Visit some of the most important wineries of Langhe, Roero and Monferrato, selected ad hoc by great chefs .
At the end of the tour, the chefs will prepare a special aperitif paired with the host company's wine .
The experience is complete with a round trip shuttle service from Alba.

This year the Cortile della Maddalena hosts an interesting novelty: many opportunities for free study on the world of wine, workshops and literary presentations to learn about the history and culture of the winemaking tradition.
