RANCH REGULATIONS

Customers are kindly reminded that purchasing an entrance ticket implies full acceptance of the following park rules.

1) Opening Hours

• Opening hours may vary depending on the season and weather conditions. Always check our social media profiles before your visit or contact us through our channels.

2) Tickets and Reservations

• Ticket Purchase and Picnic Area Access: entrance tickets are mandatory and can be purchased online or on site, depending on availability. In case of sold out days, priority access will be given to those who purchased tickets online. Entry to the park without a receipt or the appropriate entry wristband is strictly forbidden.
For the picnic basket, a token will be provided for each menu purchased, which must be presented at the internal kiosk for collection. In case of loss of the token or wristband by the user, a new purchase will be required; Idea Verde S.r.l. assumes no responsibility for lost items.

• Stay in the Park: visitors may remain inside the Ranch during opening hours without time limits, enjoying the available services. Management reserves the right to limit access to certain Ranch facilities in order to ensure maximum safety and tranquility.

• Recommended Reservation: it is possible to book a visit to the Ranch by purchasing the desired ticket only online on our website

We recommend booking tickets online, especially during weekends and holidays, to guarantee entry.

Ticket Types

• SINGLE Entry Ticket, GROUP OF 3 and GROUP OF 4: includes access to all park attractions and activities, including the Egg Hunt and Entertainment.
• PICNIC Basket: includes the picnic menu but does not include access to the Ranch, which is only possible with the purchase of an Entrance Ticket.

• Date Change and Refund: if you are unable to visit the Ranch, you may change your entry date by contacting the facility at parco@ideavillage.it and notifying us at least 24 hours before the scheduled date. If notice is not provided, entry and picnic basket delivery on another date cannot be guaranteed.
In case of bad weather and park closure, you will receive a prior notification from Clappit with instructions regarding ticket use and/or possible refunds. Entrance tickets and picnic baskets are refundable only if purchased online within the deadlines specified on the website. For general information, read the Purchase Conditions at:

• Discounts and Free Entry: to benefit from reduced entrance tickets, it is mandatory to present a valid ID document or identification badge with photo. Cash desk staff are not authorized to grant additional discounts beyond those listed in the price list and cannot make exceptions to these regulations.

3) Recreational Activities

• Picnic: guests may use the free picnic areas or reserve a Picnic Gazebo inside the Ranch only if they have purchased a picnic basket or other food from one of the Ranch’s food outlets.

• Egg Hunt and Entertainment: all entrance tickets provide access to Egg Hunt and Entertainment activities according to the scheduled dates and times.

• Attractions: all sports fields are accessible only by reservation and require payment. The Ranch ticket does not include access to the sports fields. Contact details for field reservations are available on the website www.ideavillage.it.

• Ranch Animals: small four-legged friends are available for guests and may only be approached through the Ranch staff.

4) Parties and Groups

• Reservations: it is possible to reserve areas for children’s parties or groups of families with customized workshops or entertainment, only by prior reservation.

5) Behavioral Rules

• Conduct: guests must respect staff, other visitors, and park facilities and will be held responsible for any damage caused. Management is not responsible for lost or unattended items. Playing football (soccer) is only allowed in designated sports areas.

• Pools: pools may only be used when open and supervised by staff. Access to pool edges and pools is strictly prohibited when they are closed. Management assumes no responsibility for accidents.

• Sunbeds: sunbeds are available for visitors while supplies last.

• Cleanliness: use the designated containers to keep areas clean. Leaving waste in the event areas is prohibited.

• Picnic and Party Gazebos: access is allowed only with a paid reservation at the ticket office or by calling +39 3491380229. All other Ranch areas are freely accessible.

• Park Animals: feeding the Ranch animals or disturbing them is strictly prohibited. They may only be petted or walked in the presence of staff.

• Pets: domestic animals are not allowed in any area of the park.

7) Food and Beverages

• Policy: bringing food and drinks from outside is not allowed. A bar and a restaurant are available inside the park.

8) Photography

• Permission: photography is allowed. Use the hashtag #IdeaVillageRanch and the most fun photos will be reposted on our profiles.

• Material for the Ranch: during the day, audio-video recordings and photographs may be taken for communication and promotional purposes related to park activities, including images of groups of people. This material may be reused for advertising campaigns on Idea Village Il Ranch communication channels.

• Professional Shoots: professional photo or video shoots are not allowed without authorization. If you are a photographer or videomaker, contact us at parco@ideavillage.it or through our social media profiles to organize your shoot.

8) Safety

• Safety Rules: follow all safety rules to ensure your own protection and that of other guests.

• Children: must always be accompanied by an adult.

• Notices: safety rules and the emergency plan are displayed throughout the park.
