What you will do
Spritz is one of the most beloved and recognizable cocktails of Italian tradition. But how many versions do you know?
The Spritz Masterclass is an experience designed to discover three different interpretations of this great classic and, above all, to learn how to prepare them yourself.
During the masterclass, participants will be guided in preparing three different versions of Spritz, starting from the classic recipe and moving on to interpretations characterized by more bitter and intense notes.
We will start with the Aperol Spritz, in its classic and timeless recipe, then discover the bolder and more bitter character of the Cynar Spritz and, finally, the unmistakable personality of the Select Spritz, deeply rooted in Venetian tradition. It will not be just a tasting: you will prepare your own Spritz, learning step by step how to measure and balance the ingredients to achieve the perfect balance between aperitif, bubbles and soda.
What to expect
The Spritz Masterclass is a practical and fun experience, designed to discover how much the same cocktail can change when using different aperitifs. During the masterclass you will have:
● the ingredients needed to prepare the three versions of Spritz;
● an expert guide who will accompany participants throughout the preparation;
● the opportunity to personally prepare your own cocktails;
● a tasting of Aperol Spritz, Cynar Spritz and Select Spritz;
● curiosities and information about the history and characteristics of the different aperitifs;
● tips and little tricks to learn how to prepare a well-balanced Spritz at home as well.
Starting from the classic Aperol Spritz recipe, you will discover how aromas, taste and intensity change as you move on to the more bitter notes of Cynar and the bold character of Select, deeply connected to Venetian tradition. An experience to live, prepare and, of course... taste.
To remember
The masterclass is open to all cocktail enthusiasts and to anyone who wants to discover the world of Spritz through a hands-on experience. Participation is strictly reserved for adults.
Please also remember that:
● during the masterclass, three different versions of Spritz will be prepared;
● each participant will have the opportunity to personally prepare the cocktails;
● the masterclass lasts approximately 1 hour;
● participants are required to arrive 15 minutes before the start time;
● places are limited, in order to ensure an engaging experience for every participant;
● water and a paid refreshment service will be available during the masterclass.
