The Prosecco Masterclass is an opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of sparkling wines, accompanied by an expert who will guide participants on a journey to discover three different Prosecco denominations.
During the masterclass, you will have the opportunity to taste and compare three wines that represent the region: Prosecco DOC, Asolo Prosecco DOCG and Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG.
A journey through different territories, characteristics and nuances, designed to help you recognize the distinctive qualities of each wine and understand how the territory and production process can influence aromas, taste and characteristics.
The expert will guide participants through the tasting, sharing interesting facts and useful information to help you get to know Prosecco in a simple and engaging way.
What to expect
The Prosecco Masterclass is designed for those who want to approach the world of wine, as well as for those who wish to deepen their knowledge of the sparkling wines of the region.
During the masterclass you will have:
● a guided tasting of three different types of Prosecco;
● breadsticks and small snacks to accompany the tasting;
● an expert who will guide the group throughout the experience;
● a direct comparison between wines from different territories and denominations;
● interesting facts and information about the territory, production and characteristics of Prosecco;
● tips to learn how to recognize aromas, scents and the main characteristics of the different types.
It will be a moment dedicated to discovery and tasting, but also an opportunity to better understand what makes each glass different from the next.
At the end of the masterclass, you will have a few more tools to navigate the world of Prosecco and make an informed choice of the sparkling wine best suited to your tastes and different occasions.

The masterclass is open to all enthusiasts and curious participants who wish to learn more about the world of Prosecco. Participation is strictly reserved for adults. Please also remember that:
● the tasting includes three different wines;
● the masterclass lasts approximately 1 hour;
● participants are required to arrive 15 minutes before the start time;
● places are limited, in order to ensure a pleasant experience and direct interaction with the expert;
● water and a paid refreshment service will be available during the masterclass.
