• Show up on Friday, October 10 and/or Saturday, October 11 at the competition venue: if a competitor does not show up, you could take their place!
What to expect
On October 10 and 11, 2025 the sweetest tiramisù challenge of the year is back in Treviso — the Tiramisù World Cup! Ordinary competitor tickets are sold out, but don’t worry: a brand-new chance awaits you with the Overmisù ticket!
By purchasing this ticket for the Original and/or Creative Recipe, you will be added to a list of aspiring contestants: you may go to the competition venue in Piazza Borsa, Treviso (TV), on Friday, October 10, Saturday, October 11, or both days. If a regular contestant does not show up, you will have the chance to compete in their place.
It’s up to you: until you are called to compete and thus become a full contestant, you may check in at the reception desk at every competition round of the Recipe for which you purchased the ticket, increasing your chances to compete. Once you are called to compete, the ticket will be cancelled.
If this does not happen (if there are no no-shows or not enough withdrawals from regular contestants), you can use your ticket at Tiramisu in Loggia, just a few steps away from the competition, and enjoy a Tiramisù Tris (a set of three tiramisus)!
Overmisù ticket holders, in case of a contestant’s no-show, will be called to compete according to their order of arrival at the event reception.
The Overmisù Original Recipe ticket is valid for the following rounds:
• Friday, October 10 at 12:00 pm
• Friday, October 10 at 4:00 pm
• Saturday, October 11 at 10:00 am
• Saturday, October 11 at 2:00 pm
The Overmisù Creative Recipe ticket is valid for the following rounds:
• Friday, October 10 at 2:00 pm
• Friday, October 10 at 6:00 pm
• Saturday, October 11 at 12:00 pm
• Saturday, October 11 at 4:00 pm
We kindly ask you to check in at the Reception about 1 hour before the start of your round. Please remember that you will be called to compete according to the order of registration at the Reception.
Two recipes
Remember that, depending on your choice at the time of purchase, you may compete for the following recipes.
The ORIGINAL RECIPE requires 6 essential ingredients: ladyfingers, mascarpone, eggs (the yolk is mandatory, while the white is optional), coffee, cocoa powder, and white sugar.
The CREATIVE RECIPE requires 4 mandatory ingredients — mascarpone, eggs (the yolk is mandatory, while the white is optional), coffee, and cocoa powder — plus up to 3 additional ingredients, which may be added at the contestant’s discretion and expense. As for ladyfingers and sugar (which will still be provided by the Organization along with the mandatory ingredients), the contestant may choose to replace the former with another type of cookie or sponge cake, and the latter with an alternative sweetener (at the contestant’s expense).
Please remember to bring your kitchen tools and, if you choose to purchase the Overmisù ticket for the Creative Recipe, to bring your additional fresh ingredients. We will store them in the refrigerator for you until it is your turn to compete. Otherwise, they will be returned to you.
Important to remember
To participate, you must:
• Be 18 or older
• Not be a professional cook
• Have read the competition rules on the Tiramisù World Cup website
Keep in mind that:
• All Overmisù ticket holders will receive a voucher upon on-site registration. This voucher may be used at Tiramisu in Loggia if it is not used to enter the competition (i.e., if no regular contestants withdraw). If the ticket holder is called to compete, the voucher will be collected by the Organization
• If you participate in the competition, contestants of both Recipes will receive a competitor kit including the basic tiramisù ingredients (ladyfingers, mascarpone, coffee, eggs, cocoa, sugar), a plate for presenting the tiramisù, a hat, an apron, and a workstation with electricity. You will also receive various gifts and discounts from the contest partners. Kitchen tools for preparing the tiramisus, as well as any additional or substitute ingredients for the Creative Recipe, will not be provided
• To have the opportunity to participate in both the Original and the Creative Recipe, you must purchase Overmisù tickets for each
• The purchase of 1 ticket is valid for the potential participation of 1 person in the chosen category or for the collection of 1 set of three tiramisus at Tiramisù in Loggia
• The competition rules are available on the Tiramisù World Cup website: https://tiramisuworldcup.com/en/the-rules/
Remember to bring:
• Your tools for preparing the tiramisù (bowls, spoons, electric whisks, etc.) and, for the Creative Recipe, any additional dry and fresh ingredients
