What you will do
•    Take part in the selections for the 2026 Tiramisù World Cup
•    Prepare your best tiramisù in either the Original Recipe category and/or the Creative Recipe category
•    Win the Selections to advance to the Semifinals on October 11

What to expect
From October 9 to 11, 2026, the most delicious challenge of the year is back. Secure your place in the Tiramisù World Cup and prepare your best tiramisù, competing with other enthusiasts of the world’s most famous dessert: you could be the next Champion!
Work your way through the culinary competition by winning the Selections, then the Semifinal, and finally the Final to become the Tiramisù World Champion. Participants will be divided into two categories, the Original Recipe and the Creative Recipe. Each group will have a dedicated jury. 
Each round will last approximately 2 hours, including tiramisù preparation (40 minutes), judging, and the award ceremony.

Two recipes
The ORIGINAL RECIPE requires 6 essential ingredients: ladyfingers, mascarpone, eggs (yolk is mandatory, whites are optional), coffee, cocoa powder, and white sugar.
The CREATIVE RECIPE requires 4 mandatory ingredients – mascarpone, eggs (the yolk is mandatory, and the white is optional), coffee, and cocoa powder – plus up to 3 additional ingredients, which can be added at the competitor’s discretion and expense.
As for the ladyfingers and sugar (which will still be provided by the Organization along with the mandatory ingredients), the competitor may choose to replace the former with another type of biscuit or sponge cake, and the latter with another sweetener.

The event will consist of three phases: the Selections, held on October 9 and 10; the Semifinals and Finals, both taking place on October 11. The contestant with the highest score at their competition table wins.

Important to remember
To participate, you must:
•    Be over 18 years old
•    Not be a professional cook
•    Have read the competition rules on the Tiramisù World Cup website

Keep in mind that:
•    All participants will receive a contestant kit containing the basic tiramisù ingredients (ladyfingers, mascarpone, coffee, pasteurised eggs, cocoa, sugar), a plate to present the tiramisù, a hat, apron, and a work station with electricity. You will also receive various gifts and discounts from the competition partners. Equipment for the preparation of tiramisù, as well as any additional and/or substitute ingredients for the Creative Recipe, will not be provided.
•    To participate in both the Original Recipe and Creative Recipe categories, you need to purchase tickets for both.
•    The purchase of 1 ticket is valid for the participation of 1 person in the chosen category. If registering on behalf of someone else, please provide the participant's name, surname, and email address.
•    In case of a tie, the winner will be the one with the highest score in the competition’s evaluation criteria (Balance). The competition rules are available on the Tiramisù World Cup website: https://tiramisuworldcup.com/en/the-rules/
•    Winners of the selection phase will proceed to the competition's semifinals. If you advance to the semifinals and/or finals, there is no need to purchase additional tickets.
•    If you participate in both Recipe categories and win both the Selections and Semifinals, reaching the Finals in both, you will need to choose which recipe to compete with in the Final.
•    You cannot participate in the same category more than once.

Remember to bring:
•    Your own tiramisù preparation tools (bowls, spoons, electric whisks, etc.)
