Introduction

PM23 is the new permanent exhibition space of the Valentino Garavani and Giancarlo Giammetti Foundation, located in the heart of Rome, at Piazza Mignanelli 23. Conceived as a meeting place of beauty, fashion, art, and history, PM23 preserves the cultural legacy of one of Italy’s most influential fashion houses, making it accessible to an international audience.

Visiting PM23 is not just about observation—it is a visual and sensory journey. To ensure a respectful, safe, and harmonious experience for all, we kindly ask every visitor to carefully follow these Regulations.

By purchasing a ticket, you fully accept the following terms.

1. Respect for the Space and Behavior

   Please:

   • Maintain a moderate tone of voice.
   • Turn off or silence your mobile phone before entering.
   • Refrain from loud, intrusive, or disruptive behavior.

   The following is not allowed:

   • Touching the exhibits or bringing personal objects close to them.
   • Running, sitting on the floor or stairs, leaning on structures or walls.
   • Bringing in or consuming food and beverages inside exhibition areas.
   • Smoking, including electronic cigarettes.
   • Making loudspeaker calls or video calls.
   • Bringing animals, except certified guide or assistance dogs (prior notice required).
   • Entering under the influence of alcohol or substances.
   • Wearing attire inappropriate for the cultural and institutional nature of the space.
2. Access and Security

   To ensure public safety and the preservation of the venue:

   • All visitors may be subject to security checks.
   • It is prohibited to bring weapons, sharp objects, flammable materials, drones, sprays, or dangerous liquids.
   • Backpacks, large bags, umbrellas, and bulky items must be stored in the lockers at the entrance.
3. Minors

   Visitors under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult for the entire duration of the visit.

4. Tickets and Entry
   • Tickets are valid for a single entry and are non-refundable and non-changeable.
   • Online purchase is strongly recommended; on-site purchases are only allowed subject to availability.
   • Valid documentation is required to access any discounts or free entry.
5. Photography and Filming (Under Definition)

   Rules regarding photography and filming are currently being defined by the Foundation. Please refer to the official website or contact on-site staff for updated information.

6. Groups and Guided Tours (Under Definition)

   Access procedures for organized groups and guided tours will be published soon. In the meantime, inquiries may be sent in advance to the Foundation’s administration.

7. Schools and Educational Centers (Under Definition)

   Procedures for school group visits are being finalized. School representatives are invited to contact the Foundation well in advance to receive updated information.

8. Violations

   Foundation staff are responsible for ensuring compliance with the Regulations. In the event of violations, they are authorized to remove the individuals involved, with the support of public authorities if necessary. The Foundation also reserves the right to seek compensation for any damages caused.

9. Acceptance of Regulations

   Access to PM23 is a privilege that entails responsibility. By purchasing a ticket, each visitor declares to have read and fully accepted these Regulations.
