The great appointment with Festivaletteratura is back!

Since 1997, Festivaletteratura has been one of the most anticipated Italian cultural events of the year, five days of meetings with authors, readings, guided tours, shows, concerts with artists from all over the world, who meet in Mantua to experience an unforgettable party atmosphere. This year too, we are proud to be the official ticket office for the Festival.

Tickets for Festivaletteratura can be purchased exclusively online:
- from 9 am on Wednesday 28 August for filofestival members
- from 9 am on Friday 30 August for everyone

The meetings have numbered seats, the seat will be assigned automatically by the system and will be shown on the ticket (except in special cases e.g. routes, installations, stall seats).
Some events, marked with numbers starting from 500, will have free admission but with mandatory reservation, to be made through the ticketing system.

From this year, it is possible to put tickets initially purchased back on sale that you believe you can no longer use.
The procedure must be carried out through the personal area of ​​the ticketing platform.
Tickets can be put back on sale up to one hour before the start of the meeting. The service will have a commission of €1.5 per ticket.
Resale is not foreseen for purchases made with Carta Giovani Cultura and Carta del Docente.

At the Loggia del Grano (via Spagnoli 4) some stations will be activated where volunteers will be able to help customers with the online purchase procedure:
- from Wednesday 28 August to Tuesday 3 September from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00 (closed on Sunday 1 September)
- from Wednesday 4 to Saturday 7 September from 9:00 to 19:00 with continuous hours;
- Sunday 8 September from 9:00 to 17:00
From Wednesday 4 to Sunday 8 - with the same hours as the main help desk of the Loggia del Grano - two other help desk stations will be set up at the Palazzo di San Sebastiano and the infopoint in Piazza Sordello.
