RecitaL CanTANGO: A Journey into the Soul of Tango in Brescia

An extraordinary event that blends opera, tango and theater is about to enchant the audience of Brescia. RecitaL CanTANGO is much more than a simple show: it is a journey into the Alma del Tango, the deep soul of this dance and its music, with an exceptional cast.

Exceptional protagonists:
Marta Leung, a soprano of great elegance, will guide the audience to discover the link between Italian opera and the birth of tango at the beginning of the twentieth century.
Fabio Armiliato, a tenor with an intense and nuanced voice, will perform the famous songs by Carlos Gardel and Tito Schipa, evoking the unique atmosphere of Buenos Aires.
Fabrizio Mocata, a master of arrangements, will enhance the beauty of the melodies, creating moments of pure emotion with his orchestra.
Roberta Acerboni and Andrea Boni, dancers and choreographers, will bring to the stage a theatrical tango full of energy, emotion and acrobatics, giving a new dimension to the show.

The repertoire ranges from tango classics to the intense compositions of Astor Piazzolla, with their engaging rhythm and the drama that has made Argentine tango a timeless genre.
