Vinum is back, discover the great wines of Piedmont!

The long-awaited appointment with Vinum is finally back, an event dedicated to the great wines of Piedmont.
The appointment is, as always, in Alba on April 23rd-24th-25th, April 30th-May 1st, May 7th-8th, 2022.

The protagonists are the great wines of Piedmont proposed in conjunction with STREET FOOD ËD LANGA, street food of excellent character and quality.
The great red wines of the Langhe such as Barolo, Barbaresco, Nebbiolo, the whites of the Langhe, the wines of Monferrato, Roero, Roero Arneis, Gavi and Brachetto, Dolcetto, Asti Spumante, Moscato d 'Asti, without forgetting the vermouth, grappas, and spirits of Piedmont are at the center of the tastings proposed from 10.30 to 20.00 at the tasting counters in the historic center of the city and are guided and curated by AIS Italian Sommelier Association.

Among the most anticipated appointments:

VINUMINCANTINA - FOOD & WINE EXPERIENCE, an experience designed to meet the needs of wine tourists and gourmets.
You have the opportunity to visit some of the most important wineries in Langhe, Roero and Monferrato selected by great chefs who, at the end of the tour, will prepare a special aperitif paired with the wine of the host company. The experience is complete with a shuttle service to and from Alba.

VINUM A TAVOLA, five appointments at the Castello di Roddi where prestigious chefs on the national scene present their menus in combination with the renowned DOC and DOCG wines of Piedmont. The appointments are organized in collaboration with Piemonte Land of Wine and the Italian Sommelier Association to promote the food and wine culture of the area nationally and internationally. The Chefs will be: Alessandro Boglione, Enrico Marmo, Stefano Sforza, Luigi Taglienti and Eugenio Boer.

CHEESE AND WINES WORKSHOP, ONAF (National Organization of Cheese Tasters) runs a series of cheese workshops accompanied by wine tastings led by an AIS sommelier. An encounter in which knowledge passes through the tasting of cheeses paired with the great wines of the area.

VINUM LAB awaits you in the Beppe Fenoglio room (Cortile della Maddalena) with thematic workshops and tastings on the world of wine and insights into the indigenous Piedmontese vines curated by an AIS sommelier.
