Busnago Volley - Serie B Championship 2024/2025

The company was founded in October 1999 with the name Volley Club, thanks to a small group of volleyball enthusiasts from Busnago and the surrounding area. In just a few years, it consolidated its role in the Brianza volleyball scene, proposing itself as one of the liveliest realities in the area. In 2006/2007 she made her debut in the Women's B2 Series Championship and, after only 3 seasons, she made her debut in the Women's A2 Series Championship, where she remained until 2012.

After the years spent in the Olympus of Italian volleyball, Busnago restarts from the youth sector with a new name - Busnago Volleyball Team - and a new project, strongly desired by the Company, which involves a talented group of our athletes, born in 1997, who in the space of 3 seasons become Under 16 Provincial champions, Under 18 Provincial champions and play in the Under 18 Final Four of the 2014/2015 Regional Category Championship.

The experiences in the Regional Series (D and C) and National (B2) are accompanied by constant work in the youth sector, which leads the Under 16 group of the 2016/2017 season to conquer the 19th place in the National Category Finals.

In 2017 Busnago joined forces with Carate to expand and strengthen its sports project and, under the guidance of Technical Director Alessandro Licata, in the 2018/2019 season it participated in the Women's B2 Series Championship with a group entirely composed of Under 18 athletes. At the end of the season this team achieved salvation in B2 on the field and, in its Category: Territorial Title Milan Monza Lecco, Regional Title Lombardy, Sixth National Place.

In the 2019/2020 season it participated again in the Women's B2 Series Championship with a group entirely composed of Under 18 athletes and in the Women's C Series Championship.
