What tickets can I sell with Clappit?

Clappit allows the sale of different types of tickets, to meet the different requests and needs of event organizers and spectators.

Print-at-home tickets
Tickets with home printing that the customer receives attached to the order confirmation e-mail. It has to be printed at home and present the day of the event.

• The organizer can extend the ticket sales phase close to the date of the event because print-at-home ticket cancels shipping times.
• The ticket is customizable and the organizer has some spaces available for advertising, sponsors, and communications.
• The organizer can also use the print-at-home ticket for additional products and services.
• It prevents the spectator from having to queue at the ticket office and the ticket is always available in the e-mail box.

Dematerialized or digital ticket
Extremely convenient and practical to use the digital ticket is used with various supports, such as smartphones, credit cards, loyalty cards, or devices with RFID technology (such as bracelets).

• Ideal to load other titles like additional products and services purchased.
• Apps are available for iOS and Android.
• It prevents the spectator from having to queue at the ticket office and the ticket is always available in the e-mail box.

Paper ticket
It is the classic paper ticket with an anti-counterfeit hologram issued with a certified thermal printer.

• You can print the ticket with special graphics.
• Enter the event logo.
• Massive prepress of tickets is possible.
• In case of need, it allows performing access control by tearing the mother coupon for verification.

The paper ticket can be:

• Withdrawn at the event venue. In this way the organizer can sell the tickets until the last available moment, starting the withdrawal at least 2 hours before the start of the show.
• Courier shipment. Usually used for large events, it allows you to send tickets in Italy and abroad. Clappit provides the entire fulfillment and shipping process. The viewer receives the tracking code by e-mail to track the shipment.
