Sea of ​​Books 2025 – the festival of children who read - Rimini

The most anticipated event for those who love reading is back in Rimini!

From 13 to 15 June 2025, Mare di Libri will take place, the first Italian festival entirely dedicated to teenagers and the world of reading.

A one-of-a-kind event, capable of uniting young readers, writers and enthusiasts in a lively, authentic and shared cultural experience.

The historic centre of Rimini will be transformed into a literary stage: presentations of newly released books, debates, screenings, creative workshops, shows and meetings with Italian and international guests will animate the squares, cloisters and most evocative places of the city for three days.

What makes Mare di Libri special is its participatory soul: it is precisely the boys and girls of the middle and high schools, over one hundred young volunteers, who take care of every organizational and creative aspect of the festival, from the artistic direction to the reception of the authors.

Mare di Libri is much more than a festival: it is a growing community of readers, a place where passions become projects, and where culture is experienced first-hand.
