Summer Nights Cosmic Origins - Arcetri Astrophysical Observatory, Florence

The most fascinating summer event for those who love to look at the sky is back in Florence: from 17 June to 24 July 2025, the INAF – Arcetri Astrophysical Observatory opens its doors to the public for the new edition of “Notti d’Estate ad Arcetri”.

This year, the series of scientific dissemination events revolves around a question as ancient as it is current: “Where do we come from? Who are we? Where are we going?”. A journey between the past and future of the universe, between the origins of life, molecular clouds, asteroids, stars and space missions that have marked the history of cosmic exploration.

Every evening will be an opportunity to approach science in an engaging way, thanks to meetings with experts, observations of the sky and insights into past, present and future space missions.
