89th International Alba White Truffle Fair, find out the new appointments and buy the packages


The appointment with the International Alba White Truffle Fair is back, an event that attracts visitors from all over the world, and also this year it chooses Clappit as ticketing office.

In this 89th edition, which will take place from October 5th to November 24th, the usual appointments are back, followed by new events that the public will love.

The appointment with the Alba White Truffle World Market will take place every week during the fair. This is the historic heart of the event, an exhibition area in the city center, where you can appreciate and buy the best truffles from the woods of Langhe, Roero, and Monferrato.

Sunday, October 6th the appointment is with Palio degli Asini, the donkey race that sees the nine communities of the city of Alba compete for the conquest of the drape.
Tickets for the Palio degli Asini will be on sale starting from July 20th.

Once again, this year you will find Foodie Moments, appointments with the most important chefs of Langhe, Roero and Monferrato, Sensory Truffle Analysis, and you could discover the organoleptic characteristics of the fine local wines and white truffle with the Wine Tasting Experience®.

A new experience of this edition will be with the Pasta Atelier, to learn the secrets of homemade egg pasta, which finds the perfect balance in the combination with the Alba White Truffle. The room where the course will take place is equipped with stations for the preparation of agnolotti, ravioli del plin and tajarin.

Another great appointment of the International International Alba White Truffle Fair is the Unusual Dinners, dedicated to curious and passionate gourmets.
Four dinners created by starred chefs where the participants, before dinner, can take part in a special guided tour to discover historical and cultural places of the City of Alba.

The chefs who will take part in the Unusual Dinners will be: Cristina Bowerman, Michelin Star restaurant "Glass Hostaria" in Rome, Enrico Cerea from ​​the restaurant "Da Vittorio" in Brusaporto (BG), Christian and Manuel Costardi from the restaurant "Fratelli Costardi" in Vercelli and Philippe Léveillé chef with two Michelin Stars from the restaurant "Miramonti altro" in Concesio (BS).

Another exclusive appointment will be held at La Bürsch, a historic residence with surprising charm. In this marvelous location, Martino Ruggieri, head chef of the three-star Michelin restaurant in Paris "Pavillon Ledoyen", will cook with the star chef Eugenio Boer of Milan "Bu: r" a menu in which the White Truffle of Alba will meet local flavors and international.
It is possible to complete the experience by purchasing the overnight stay at the facility in addition to dinner.
