The challenge: reallocating thousands of tickets across different dates and venues

The first project focused on the reallocation of events postponed due to the pandemic, involving changes not only to the event date but also to the venue.

The need was to manage in a structured way:

✔️ tickets issued by different ticketing circuits
✔️ bulk registration for a new event date
✔️ selection between multiple alternative dates
✔️ seat assignment in the new venue

The solution: an automated reallocation system

We developed a dedicated, artist- or tour-branded private label, allowing users to:

✔️ register one or more previously purchased tickets
✔️ enter the required data for validation
✔️ select the new date (even from multiple options)
✔️ receive the new seat placeholder for the updated venue by email

This system enabled fully automated reallocation, significantly reducing manual errors and processing time.

Big sales and concert allotments

In parallel, we implemented a private label dedicated to allotment sales for concerts, shows and festivals featuring national and international artists.

The speed of ticket issuance and fiscal seal generation proved essential to support:

Meet & Greet: exclusive sales and dedicated flows

For one of the events organized by Vivo Concerti, we managed the exclusive sale of meet & greet experiences.

The system allows:

✔️ selection by category (adults, under 16, under 4 without a seat)
✔️ standalone purchase or bundled with show tickets
✔️ management within a single transaction
✔️ payment via bank transfer for high-value purchases
