Registration process and personalized passes for La Prima dell'Alta Langa

The Alta Langa Prima is the annual event organized by the Alta Langa Consortium , reserved by invitation to operators , restaurateurs , winemakers and journalists .
The event took place on Monday 1st April 2019, at the Castle of Grinzane Cavour (Cuneo).

After the great success of the last edition, the tasting this year involved 24 producers , for a total of over 40 labels including white, rosé Alta Langa bubbles, reserves, large formats, for tasting from 10 to 19.

For this second edition the Alta Langa Consortium has chosen Clappit as a ticketing partner to create the registration page for the free event.

The Clappit staff has created a mobile responsive private label , linked to the official website of the event, to guarantee customers a customer journy in complete safety and comfort.

On the private label the participant chooses one of the three time slots proposed for the tasting and registers at the event, entering the data in the personalized registration form .
As mandatory fields: professional category, name, surname and e-mail.

Subsequently, the customer receives the entry pass for the event by e-mail in the convenient ticket @ home format.
The pass is nominal and strictly personal, and for each restaurant, wine bar or bar at the event a maximum of two people have been admitted, each with their own pass, according to the organizer's volotnà.

The pass is printable on a common A4 sheet , and it must be folded in four according to the indications reported on it.

In terms of Full Ticketing, Clappit has also provided the tools to perform access control , practical kits composed of Samsung smartphones with the Clappit Access Control app pre-installed, and QR code and barcode readers, to validate on average from 600 at 800 codes per hour .
