A week of meetings with authors, book presentations and direct conversations between writers and the audience, designed to transform the town into an open and vibrant space for cultural dialogue.
The festival’s name recalls one of Dronero’s most iconic landmarks: the Devil’s Bridge, built in 1428 and linked to a famous local legend. From this symbolic place comes the idea of the Ponte del Dialogo, an ideal bridge capable of connecting people, stories and different points of view.
A festival that builds cultural connections
Ponte del Dialogo was created to foster authentic exchanges between authors and readers. Each event becomes a moment for listening and reflection, where words become tools to better understand the present.
Dronero, now a multicultural community with one of the highest percentages of foreign residents in Piedmont, provides the ideal setting for a festival that celebrates the value of encounter and diversity of perspectives.
Through conversations, debates and book presentations, the festival symbolically builds a bridge between experiences, generations and worldviews.
