Discover Clappit services for congresses, summits and marketing and communication events!

Marketing and communication events are always an excellent opportunity to offer new incentives, with experts from different realities. Summit, congresses, conventions, and conferences: more and more events are held every year dedicated to the different aspects of marketing and communication. Digital marketing, sales, advertising, and social media marketing are just some of the topics covered during this kind of events. Workshops, case histories, masterclasses are often held to make the conference or summit contemporary and interesting.

An example is BtoB Marketing Forum 2019, of which Clappit was a technology partner.

The event, organized by Business International, this year developed the topic Marketing vs Sales and it was held Thursday, May 23, 2019, at the IULM University of Milan.
During the day, the results of the 8th edition of the B2B Marketing Observatory in Italy were shared, best practices and success stories based on a data-driven approach.

For BtoB Marketing Forum 2019, Clappit managed the creation of strictly nominal passes with unique QR codes, which the participants received via e-mail, in print-at-home format.
The passes and the e-mail sent to the participants were customized with texts, logos, and images according to the will of the organizers.

Clappit also supplied two workstations equipped with printers and PCs to print live passes for those who forgot to print it at home, and access control kits, consisting of a smartphone and a QR code reader. Clappit staff attended the event, during the entry phase to make sure that the access took place in the best possible way.

There are various services offered that could interest organizers of summits, congresses, conferences, and festivals about marketing and communication.

For example, the creation of passes: nominal passes, to be printed at home and brought to the event by the participant, or laminated passes with a personalized logo cord. Clappit staff can send invitations to dedicated mailing lists, with customized texts and images, according to the will of the organizer.

For paid events, on the other hand, it is possible to use a different solution: a private label connected to the organizer's or event's website, on which sell tickets and packages, like entrance tickets and collateral products or services. Very useful for selling, for example, entry to the event with masterclasses, additional workshops, food & beverage, and accommodations.

Another fundamental service is the access control: useful to guarantee access to the event in a regular and safe way. Access control kits are composed by smartphones with Clappit Access Control app pre-installed and a QR/barcode. Kits allow the reading of 600-800 titles per hour circa.
