- from 9:00 on Friday 2nd September for everyone

Filofestival Members, on their users, will be able to register multiple registered participants as participants and purchase tickets on their behalf.
Each individual member can book only 1 ticket per event, for events that are compatible by time (distance of at least two hours).
For each transaction, it will be possible to purchase tickets for a maximum of two members.
2) HELP DESK IN MANTOVA
At the Loggia del Grano of the Chamber of Commerce in via Spagnoli on the following dates:
- from Wednesday 31 August to Tuesday 6 September: from 9 to 13 and from 15 to 19 (Sunday 4 September closed)
- from Wednesday 7 to Saturday 11 September from 9 to 19 continuously; Sunday 12 September from 9 to 17
Some workstations will be activated and volunteers will be able to help you in the online purchase procedure.
Important!!! For on-site assistance it is essential to be equipped with:
- active credit card
- Valid Email Address
- Filofestival membership card (in case you have it)
- number/name of the events you wish to participate in
2) EVENTS FOR CHILDREN AND TEEN
The events for girls and boys are designed for an audience of the age group indicated from time to time in the program sheet.
However, the purchase will also be allowed to accompany adults, except for laboratory events number 29, 44, 78, 111, 138, 141, 144, 162, 168, 198, 223.
3) REFUNDS
In case of cancellation of one or more events, a refund will be made, which will be made automatically by crediting the net cost of the ticket.
In addition, during the purchase procedure, it is possible to take out an insurance policy, which provides reimbursement according to specific contractual terms.
4) ANIMALS
For organizational reasons, it will not be allowed to access events with assigned seats with animals (with the exception of guide dogs).
