There is one night when the true spirit of Puglia comes alive, that night is August 10th!

Mangè e Zombè Traditional Puglia Event is the festival that every year brings the authentic flavors of Puglian tradition back to Martina Franca: homemade food prepared the traditional way, live folk music, and a unique atmosphere that can only be experienced here, beneath the August sky.

This year, the event returns in a brand-new venue, carefully designed in authentic Puglian style to offer you the same genuine experience as always, with something you've never seen before.
This is not just another food festival.

It's an evening for everyone, children, families, groups of friends, grandparents, and visitors who want to discover the authentic soul of Puglia, where people come together to eat, laugh, dance, and celebrate.

Experience the sounds of traditional Puglian folk music performed live by Popular Folk, the band that brings the musical roots of our region to the stage—the same melodies once heard at weddings, in village squares, and at traditional farmhouses (masserie).
Later in the evening, the celebration continues with an Italian music DJ set by Luca Stasi & Mary J, perfect for those who want to keep dancing late into the night.

Throughout the evening, enjoy spectacular performances and breathtaking surprises, created to amaze both returning guests and first-time visitors.
