The initiative will see the presence of 23 chefs from Italy and Europe, each of whom will prepare a course based on Piedmont IGP Hazelnuts, some of which can also be combined with the White Truffle of Alba. The event was created to present participants the versatility of hazelnuts in the kitchen and the elegance of truffles, even with unconventional recipes.
The price includes a tasting of each course, wine, and water.
The price does not include the White Truffle of Alba Truffle, which can be requested at the moment, to complete some selected dishes and will follow the daily quotation of the Truffle Borsino.
