The Tennis Club Gaiba, founded in 2012 on the banks of the Po River, is a sports organization that combines competition with a strong sense of community. From June 16 to 23, 2024, it hosted the Veneto Open, a major international event on the women’s tennis circuit.

The Veneto Open is the only WTA 125 tournament played on natural grass in Italy and one of just seven women’s tournaments worldwide held on this surface ahead of Wimbledon. A high-profile event, it attracts spectators, athletes, and industry professionals from across Europe.

To manage ticket sales, Tennis Club Gaiba selected Clappit as its official automated ticketing platform, centralizing the entire ticketing process.

We activated a dedicated sales page on the Clappit platform, designed for fast online ticket purchases, with a simple flow optimized even during peak-demand periods.

In addition to online sales, the project included:
