Lucio Corsi, born in 1993, is a singer-songwriter from Vetulonia, in the province of Grosseto. Among the most original figures of his generation, he blends Italian songwriting with elements of folk pop, progressive rock, and glam rock, creating a personal, surreal, and profoundly visual style.
Passionate about music since childhood, he began composing and performing in 2011. After his first live experiences in Tuscany, he released Vetulonia Dakar (2014) and Altalena Boy (2015), projects that converged on his first official album, Altalena Boy/Vetulonia Dakar.
In 2017, he released Bestiario Musicale, a fairytale-like concept album, followed in 2020 by Cosa faremo da grandi?, produced by Francesco Bianconi for Sugar Music, which was critically acclaimed for its dreamlike imagery and orchestral sound.
In 2025, Lucio won over the public by participating in the Sanremo Music Festival with the song "Voloto essere un duro," finishing second. He also represented Italy at the Eurovision Song Contest, where he achieved an excellent fifth place.
With his iconic, narrative style, Corsi is now a cult figure in the Italian independent scene, capable of combining music, visual art, and poetic storytelling in an immersive and unconventional live experience.
