Teatro Q77, automated ticketing for multi-organizer theatre seasons

Teatro Q77 in Turin, a cultural venue featuring a diverse program of theatre performances and live music, selected Clappit as its official ticketing platform for the 2023–2024 season, with the goal of simplifying sales and managing a wide range of events.

For Q77, we developed a custom Private Label, fully integrated with the theatre’s website look & feel and designed for automated, multi-organizer management.

The platform allows you to:

✔️ sell tickets for events organized directly by the theatre
✔️ include events from other organizers within the same season
✔️ purchase multiple events in a single transaction
✔️ offer single tickets or combined tickets with aperitif dinner

During checkout, customers can add custom order notes, such as requests to sit at the same table as friends who previously purchased tickets or to select a vegetarian or vegan menu, improving both user experience and on-site coordination.

On-site ticketing was structured with three physical sales points, equipped with cash desks and certified Boca fiscal printers: one inside the theatre and two in strategic locations across the city.

From the box office stations, it is also possible to send tickets via WhatsApp, reducing the need for printed copies.

The project is completed by:
