What the customers receive after the purchase?

Once the ticket purchase is complete, the participants can receive the ticket in different ways that, at the discretion of the organizer and the type of event, can be activated all together or partially.

  • Print-at-home tickets. The user receives the ticket by e-mail, as an attached file in PDF. They'll have to print it and present it at the entrance for access control.
Once validated, the QR code or bar code will be used and no longer valid for entry. Convenient, safe, economical and allows you to skip any queue at the ticket office. Clappit is one of the few ticketing platforms that does not charge the customer an additional cost for this kind of ticket.

  • Digital tickets. Can be managed with the famous applications, iOS (Wallet) and Android (PassBook). The user receives the digital ticket as an attachment to the confirmation via e-mail and can save it in the app.

  • Digital tickets can also be loaded on common magnetic cards (such as the service card or loyalty card) and RFID bracelets.
In this case, the user will provide the card number or they received the bracelet that will be checked with the access control. Find out more about digital tickets.

  • Paper tickets, the classic anti-counterfeit hologram ticket. The user can receive it with postal service, they can buy it online and collect it at the event venue by showing the order confirmation, or they can buy it directly at the ticket office at the event venue. The ticket then will be read for access control. Find out more about access control.
